Meet the Robinsons
I went to the movies by myself tonight...it kinda sucked being there by myself...and the movie was just okay...or maybe it was just my mood...at least the popcorn was good.
Ozzy at VMD Park
In between working at home today, I took Ozzy to the park twice. I snapped a few pics on my Sidekick in between throwing the ball, over and over again.
He is still obsessed with tennis balls so we spent a good deal of time playing fetch.
I'm so glad he is in my life and so glad that Mike gave him to me.
Ironically, this dog's name is Hershey...

Friends of Victoria Manalo Draves Park
Today, Mike and I attended a meeting (right across the street) concerning the future of the new park that was recently finished in the neighborhood. It felt nerdy to attend, but it was nice to be doing something to benefit someone else besides myself.

Here is a link about the opening of the park from FogCityJournal.com.

Here are a few reviews of the park from Yelp.com.

Here is a link about the park's namesake from AsianWeek.com.

Here is a link of photos of the park on Flickr.com. OR, click here for a slideshow.

PS: The pictures posted in this entry were taken by yours truly.
PSS: We also discovered that the city has a online program to report park maintenence issues at www.parkscan.org. I'm postinng it here more for my reference than for anyone else's. ;-)
